Taylor Grace Designs reserves the right to discontinue services at any time if, in our professional judgment, the collaboration is not a suitable fit or if payment obligations outlined in the original contract are not met. Payments made for date reservations and planning hours are non-refundable.
We are committed to making every reasonable effort to communicate with clients regarding overdue payments. If a payment remains outstanding for more than 60 days and the client has not responded to our outreach or confirmed the event cancellation, the contract will be deemed terminated and the event will be removed from our calendar.
Taylor Grace Designs upholds a strict zero-tolerance policy against bullying or disrespectful behavior. All members of our team must be treated with courtesy and professionalism by clients throughout the planning process, during the event, and afterward.
