Frequently Asked Questions - We've got you covered!

How many other weddings or events do we schedule in one day?

We book only one wedding per day and time frame.

Which flowers can be substituted to better fit my budget?

Our goal is to exceed your expectations and we will make creative recommendations  to compliment your budget and vision.

Who will be making my arrangements for my event?

Kriselle Crane is the lead designer and creative director for each event.  Floral design assistants may participate in the arrangement assembly and day of delivery and set up.

How far in advance of the wedding or event date will the arrangements be made?

The studio receives the florals 72 hours in advance of event date . Hydration and processing occurs within the first 24 hours and then the designing begins.  All florals are stored in industrial coolers.

Do you have rentals?

Yes. We have many items to rent.  We also have great relationships with many vendor partners that have a large inventory.

Can samples be created before the contract is signed?

Yes. Samples are available upon request. The charge for samples is  the same charge as the event and payment in full is required before the day of the showing. 

Do we decorate wedding cakes with florals?

Yes.  We are happy to  work with your baker and provide fresh cut flowers to decorate the cake.

How far in advance is necessary to secure our services?

We book events on a first come first serve basis.  

How much deposit is required to secure my event?

A 50% deposit is required if your wedding  is less than 9 months in advance.  A 25% deposit is required if your wedding  is more than 9 months away.  

What is the payment schedule, and when is the final payment due?

The event balance after deposit is paid will be split up evenly and each monthly payment is due by the 1st of each month.

How many times can I make changes to my order?

All decor needs to be finalized  30 days before event date to ensure all hardware and  florals can be confirmed. 

What if my event is cancelled. Are refunds available?

We do not have a refund policy. All payments are non-refundable and we book only one event per time frame. Because of this we do not take on any additional  business once your event is confirmed.
