With creativity, care, and dedication, we design events that leave lasting memories for you and your guests. 

Our Services

Taylor Grace Designs brings artistry and elegance to every occasion. Our team is dedicated to crafting the finest floral arrangements and delivering exceptional service that transforms your vision into reality. With a passion for creating unforgettable experiences, we offer expert guidance, flawless attention to detail, and a personalized touch for each celebration. From start to finish, we’ll take care of every element—so you can relax, enjoy, and cherish a truly stress-free event. 

Full-Service Event Planning

From concepts to execution, we handle all logistics, vendor communication and coordination and timeline management, ensuring your event runs smoothly.


  Investment begins at $4,500, with personalized quotes provided according to your event’s needs. 


  All packages includes;

· Access to Taylor Grace Designs throughout planning process for guidance and/or questions

· Our preferred vendors list and gratuity & review guide

· Month-to month planning checklist

· Welcome call to review initial planning documents once contracted

· Review all venue and hired vendor contracts

· Review final details with all vendors one week prior to event date

· Coordination of ceremony rehearsal 

· Coordination of welcome party or rehearsal dinner (optional)

· Day of coordination of all vendors

· Set up of personal décor items (card box, guest book, seating chart, cake topper, guest favors/gifts, any TGD décor rentals)

· Emergency kit available at all time

· Arrange & set all escort cards/place cards/seating chart

· Verify floorplan for placement of tables and chair quantity

· Greet guests upon arrival to ceremony location

· Organize officiant, family and wedding party for ceremony entrance, cue ceremony music

· Marriage license signature assistance

· Assist in escorting guests to find reception tables as needed

· Organize wedding party for grand entrance

· Work hand in hand with band/DJ/emcee to ensure 

· Day of timeline and announcements are executed properly

· Cue family/friends who are giving speeches, assist DJ in table location

· Distribute vendor gratuities and final payments due


Week to Month of Coordination

For the couple that has locked in their vendors and decor and needs help with the final details, and day of coordination.

The process

Step 1 - Share Your Vision

Tell us about your wedding or event by completing our inquiry form with the details and your ideas. From there, we’ll craft a personalized proposal with a tailored estimate that reflects your vision. To help bring everything together, we’ll also provide an inspiration deck filled with design concepts and décor elements—making it easy to imagine your celebration. 

Step 2 - Refine the Details & Reserve your Date

We’ll schedule a Zoom meeting or phone call to walk through your proposal, answer questions, and ensure everything feels perfectly aligned with your vision. When you’re ready, simply sign the contract and submit the retainer to secure your date. From that moment on, you can relax knowing your florals and design plan are officially in place—leaving you free to enjoy the excitement of your upcoming celebration. 

Step 3 - Where Your Vision Blooms

This is the moment your ideas gain depth, texture, and life—the heart of our creative process. Together, we’ll refine your color palette, select curated blooms, and choose vessels and design elements that beautifully tell your story. If you’re working with a planner, we’ll collaborate seamlessly to ensure every detail feels cohesive. Each choice is made with care and purpose, bringing your celebration to life with artistry and intention.

Step 4 - Final Details

About four to six weeks before your event, we’ll connect to finalize guest counts, layout, and day-of logistics. If a mockup is requested, we’ll schedule a trial date and location to bring your vision to life. This stage is where careful planning becomes precision—ensuring every detail flows seamlessly so your celebration unfolds effortlessly.

Step 5 - Your Day Has Arrived

From ceremony to reception, our team will be on-site to manage every detail of design and placement. All transitions are seamlessly handled by the Taylor Grace Designs team, ensuring your celebration flows beautifully from start to finish. All that’s left for you is to relax, savor the moment, and enjoy your unforgettable day.
